You can manage budgets, planned and actual costs across projects, perform strategic, long-term resource planning and management and evaluate the net present value (NPV) of current or planned projects in your portfolios. Furthermore, you can plan, schedule and perform reviews of projects and portfolios, identify and track risks related to projects and portfolios and define what-if scenarios to identify risks and simulate changing business environment conditions.
